Getting Started
Go to camilia.io and click Get Started Free. You can sign up with Google, Microsoft, or a magic link via email. No password required.
Go to the Leads section and click + New Lead. You can enter data manually, import a CSV with multiple contacts, or use AI to extract data from a free-text description.
On your first login, Camilia guides you through a 3-step wizard: add your first lead, register a property, and activate the AI agent. You can skip any step and come back later.
Yes. Go to Settings > Team and send invitations by email. Each member will receive a link to join your agency. The Team plan supports up to 5 agents.
Click the language selector (globe icon) in the sidebar or navigation bar. Camilia is available in Spanish, English, German, and French.
Leads & CRM
The pipeline displays your leads in columns by status: New, Contacted, Visit, Offer, Closed. Drag and drop cards from one column to another to update the status. Each column shows the accumulated total value.
The Ghost Score is an indicator that measures the risk of a lead going silent. It is calculated automatically by analyzing interaction frequency, time since last contact, and lead behavior. A high score (red) means you should act quickly.
Go to Leads > Import CSV. Drag your file and Camilia will automatically detect columns (name, phone, email, budget). Review the mapping, adjust if needed, and start the import. Supports up to 10,000 rows.
Use the search bar in the Leads section to search by name. You can filter by status, source, or interest (buy/rent). In the pipeline, there's a quick search that filters cards in real time.
Go to Leads > Reactivation. Camilia automatically identifies leads inactive for 90+ days and generates AI-personalized message drafts. You can send them via email or WhatsApp with one click.
Properties
Go to Properties > New Property. Fill in the basic details (address, type, price, area) and upload up to 5 photos. The property will be available for AI Match and landing page generation.
AI Match automatically cross-references your leads with your properties using artificial intelligence. It analyzes budget, preferences, area, and property type to suggest the best matches. It appears as a percentage on the lead's profile.
On the property detail page, click AI Landing. Describe the style and target audience, upload photos, and the AI will generate a professional web page. Publish the landing and share the link with potential buyers.
Select a lead and click Client Portal. Camilia sends a magic link to the lead where they can view assigned properties, mark which ones they like, and request visits. You receive notifications of their feedback.
Go to Valuations > New Report. Enter the property's address, type, and area. The AI will analyze market data and generate a professional report with estimated price, comparables, and recommendations. You can share the link with property owners.
WhatsApp & Communication
Go to Settings > WhatsApp. You have two options: Native WhatsApp (scan a QR code with your phone, free) or Meta's official API (for higher volume). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
Sequences are automated follow-up campaigns. Go to Sequences > New. Define the steps (day, subject, message) and use variables like {{name}} or {{agent}}. Assign the sequence to a lead and emails will be sent automatically.
Yes. Go to Settings > Message Templates. Create reusable templates with a name and content. When sending a message to a lead, select the template and it will be filled in automatically.
Camilia sends you in-app and email notifications when you receive a new lead (from landing pages, contact forms, or the agent portal). You can view all notifications via the bell icon on the dashboard.
Yes. On the lead's profile, click Schedule Visit. Select the date, time, and property. The lead will receive a notification and you'll have the visit logged in your Camilia calendar.
AI Features
KI-Match (AI Match) automatically analyzes each lead's preferences and cross-references them with your property portfolio. It considers budget, location, number of bedrooms, and property type to suggest matches with an affinity percentage.
AI Radar continuously analyzes your pipeline and detects leads at risk of ghosting (going silent). It uses the Ghost Score to prioritize actions and suggests the exact moment to contact each lead.
Copilot is your AI sales assistant. Click the Copilot icon in the bottom-right corner and ask whatever you need: which leads need attention, which are at risk, or ask it to create a lead with the data you provide. It has real-time access to your entire CRM.
The Voice Agent can make automated calls to your leads. Set it up in Settings > Voice Agent, then click Call with AI on the lead's profile. The agent will have a natural conversation and record the transcript.
Every morning, the AI Agent analyzes your pipeline and presents a summary on the dashboard: urgent actions, leads needing attention, today's visits, and new opportunities. It's your automatically generated daily plan.
Billing & Plans
Camilia offers 3 plans: Free (up to 25 leads, basic features), Pro (unlimited leads, full AI, sequences), and Team (everything in Pro plus up to 5 agents and team dashboard). You can start with a 14-day free trial.
Go to Settings > Billing and select your preferred plan. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can pay with credit or debit card.
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. No additional charges will be made.
You'll receive a notification to update your payment method. You have a few grace days before access is restricted. Update your card in Settings > Billing to restore access immediately.
Camilia offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. If after subscribing you're not satisfied, contact support within the first 14 days to request a refund.
